Justice: $14M Settlement Between Insurer’s Liquidator, Archdiocese Is Prudent

(July 28, 2016, 1:10 PM EDT) -- CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire justice approved a $14 million settlement of certain alleged bodily injury liabilities on July 22 between the liquidator of The Home Insurance Co. and the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis (In the Matter of the Liquidation of The Home Insurance Company, No. 03-E-0106, N.H. Sup., Merrimack Co.).
