Justice Approves $28M Settlement Of Asbestos Claims With Insolvent Insurer

Mealey's (July 27, 2016, 11:26 AM EDT) -- CONCORD, N.H. — A New Hampshire justice on July 22 approved a $28 million asbestos bodily injury related settlement between the insolvent Home Insurance Co. and Ingersoll-Rand Co. (In the Matter of the Liquidation of The Home Insurance Company, No. 03-E-0106, N.H. Sup., Merrimack Co.).
