Class Action Lawsuits Filed On Behalf Of Target Corp. 401(k) Plan

(July 26, 2016, 10:38 AM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — Participants in the Target Corporation 401(k) Plan filed separate class actions in July in Minnesota federal court against the company and its plan investment committee alleging breach of fiduciary duty for retaining Target Corp. common stock as a plan investment option (Mitchell W.
