Insured: Delay In Reporting Claim Was Made In Good Faith

(July 26, 2016, 8:22 AM EDT) -- SEATTLE — A delay in reporting a claim to an insurer — made on Jan. 10, 2013, and not reported until June 19, 2013 — was due to a good faith belief that the claim had actually been concluded, the insured argues in a June 8 reply brief filed in the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (Alaska Interstate Construction, LLC v. Crum & Forster Specialty Insurance Company, No. 15-35973, 9th Cir.).
