Mealey's (May 26, 2015, 5:59 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — An advocacy group is “woefully short” of demonstrating injury from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA)’s insurance standards or implementation of its individual mandate, a federal judge in the District of Columbia held May 15 (American Freedom Law Center, et al. v. Barack Obama, et al., No. 14-1143, D. D.C.; 2015 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63669).
