District, Ex-Manager Will Restore Wyoming River To Settle Clean Water Act Claims

Mealey's (July 20, 2016, 9:05 AM EDT) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The United States, two Native American tribes and a Wyoming irrigation district on July 11 said they have agreed to settle violations of the Clean Water Act by the district and its former manager by restoring a river that they had altered (United States of America, et al. v. John Hubenka, et al., No. 10-93, D. Wyo.).
