Judge Dismisses Suit Involving Claims Challenging Practice Of Calculating Premiums

(July 20, 2016, 8:49 AM EDT) -- FORT PIERCE, Fla. — A Florida federal judge on June 28 dismissed with prejudice a lawsuit in which a manufacturer insured filed counterclaims challenging its insurer's practice of calculating premiums one day after the parties filed a conditional joint stipulation of dismissal (Wausau Underwriters Insurance Co. and The First Liberty Insurance Corp. v. Danfoss, LLC, No. 14-14420, S.D. Fla.).
