Church Again Claims Unconstitutional Taking Of Its Water Rights

(July 19, 2016, 3:58 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A Nevada church on July 12 filed another unconstitutional takings lawsuit against the United States for moving a stream to protect an endangered species and taking the plaintiffs’ water rights (Ministerio Roca Solida, Inc. v. The United States, No. 16-828, Fed. Clms.).
