Nevada High Court Affirms Imposition Of Water Rotation Schedule

Mealey's (July 19, 2016, 2:12 PM EDT) -- CARSON CITY, Nev. — The Nevada Supreme Court on July 14 affirmed a district court ruling that the state engineer can impose a rotation schedule on certain water rights holder during periods of low stream flow (J.W. Bentley, et al. v. State of Nevada, No. 64773, J.W. Bentley, et al. v. Hall Ranches, LLC, et al., No. 66303, J.W. Bentley, et al. v. State of Nevada, et al., No. 66932, Nev. Sup.; 2016 Nev. Unpub.
