Government Tells Judge Objectors Lack Basis To Challenge ACA Accommodation

Mealey's (June 24, 2015, 1:03 PM EDT) -- TAMPA, Fla. — The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate accommodation effectively exempts objectors who would have no religious reason to oppose disclosing their insurer, the government told a federal judge in Florida on June 8.
