ICC Releases Revised Rules On Transparency For Awards Under Review

(July 15, 2016, 8:52 AM EDT) -- PARIS — The International Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on July 13 issued a revised practice note, launching new steps for informing parties and arbitral tribunals on whether arbitration awards under review were approved.

The ICC said the new amendments to the note were adopted by the Bureau of the Court on June 28 in Hong Kong. The ICC said the session in Hong Kong was the court's first session to ever be held outside of Paris.
