11th Circuit Panel Says Long-Term Benefits Were Not Wrongfully Terminated

Mealey's (July 14, 2016, 1:19 PM EDT) -- ATLANTA — A district court did not err in determining that a disability plan did not wrongfully terminate a claimant’s long-term disability benefits, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals said July 11 (Elizabeth Jenkins v. Grant Thornton LLP, et al., No. 14-15695, 11th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 12729).
