Texas Federal Judge Dismisses All Claims In Durata Heart Lead Case

(July 13, 2016, 8:44 AM EDT) -- ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A Texas federal judge on June 30 overruled a magistrate judge’s recommendation and dismissed entirely a Durata heart lead complaint for failure to plead with specificity (John J. Teixeria v. St. Jude Medical S.C., Inc., et al., No. 14-789, W.D. N.Y.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 85525).
