Mealey's (July 13, 2016, 7:54 AM EDT) -- CINCINNATI – Insurers recently argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit that a District Court erred when it granted summary judgment in favor of other insurers, finding that policies excluded coverage for a lawsuit related to the death of a lacrosse player (Underwriter Safety and Claims Inc., et al. v. Travelers Property Casualty Company of America, et al., No. 16-5143, 6th Cir.).
