Plan Participant, Amici Tell 2nd Circuit He Has Standing To File Suit

(July 12, 2016, 11:17 AM EDT) -- NEW YORK — A pension plan participant asserts in a June 29 brief to the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that he has standing to sue on behalf of himself, his pension plan and other similarly situated Employee Retirement Income Security Act plans over alleged improper fiduciary conduct (Landol Fletcher, et al. v. Convergex Group LLC, et al., No. 16-734, 2nd Cir.).
