PAUL, Minn. — A divided Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on June 27 ruled that a one-year-long collective bargaining agreement (CBA) did not establish the status quo of annual raises, reversing that portion of a ruling by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) (The Finley Hospital v. National Labor Relations Board, Nos. 15-2285 and 15-2592, 8th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 11695).
