(July 1, 2016, 12:10 PM EDT) -- JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A federal judge in Florida on June 21 partially excluded testimony and work practice studies from asbestos expert William Longo, finding much of the evidence too far removed from real-world work conditions (Marsha K. Dugas, et al. v. 3M Co., et al., No. 14-1096, M.D. Fla.).
