Arizona Court Considers Liability For Household Asbestos Exposures

(July 1, 2016, 11:20 AM EDT) -- PHOENIX — An Arizona appeals court on June 15 heard arguments over whether imposing a duty on employers to protect household members of employees from asbestos is simply an extension of existing Arizona law or a completely new way of formulating duty in the state (Mary Quiroz, et al. v. Alcoa Inc., et al., No. 1 CA-CV 15-0083, Ariz. App., Div. 1).
