7th Circuit Won’t Rehear Case Rejecting ACA Contraception Challenge
Mealey's (June 11, 2015, 1:56 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — The Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals declined rehearing on May 7, 2014, leaving stand its decision that plaintiffs challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) contraceptive mandate were not entitled to a preliminary injunction (University of Notre Dame v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 13-3853, 7th Cir.).
