Mealey's (June 28, 2016, 12:31 PM EDT) -- ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Contrary to the findings of a patent examiner, an originally filed patent specification “provides adequate written description support for the invention recited,” according to a June 28 ruling by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (Ex parte Louis Burger, No. 2014-000083, PTAB).
