Water Districts Get Only 2 Disputed Documents In California Dam Release Suit
Mealey's (June 27, 2016, 2:07 PM EDT) -- FRESNO, Calif. — A California federal judge on June 23 ordered the federal government to disclose two of 82 disputed documents in a dam release lawsuit but denied the rest of the plaintiffs’ claim that the government hasn’t completely disclosed the administrative record (San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, et al. v. Sally Jewell, et al., No. 15-1290, E.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 82204).
