Pennsylvania Governor Signs Law Creating Council To Oversee Fracking
(June 24, 2016, 2:59 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. — Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on June 23 signed into law a bill that will create a council that will oversee hydraulic fracturing activities in the state and allow for the development of new regulations designed to protect the environment, water supplies and public areas from potentially harmful effects of the procedure.
