Judge Modifies Injunction, Thus Allowing Appeals To Proceed

(June 23, 2016, 9:03 AM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma judge on June 10 lifted an injunction in two appeals involving the insured of an insolvent insurer, finding that there is no longer a reason that the continuation of the appeals should be enjoined (State of Oklahoma ex rel. John D. Doak Insurance Commissioner v. Red Rock Insurance Company A Licensed Insurer in the State of Oklahoma, No. CJ-2014-4353, Okla. Dist., Oklahoma Co.).
