Bull Trout Lawsuit Challenging Grazing Permits Falls To Summary Judgment

(June 22, 2016, 3:13 PM EDT) -- MEDFORD, Ore. — An Oregon federal judge on June 17 granted summary judgment against three environmental organizations that alleged that federal livestock grazing permits are endangering the Klamath River bull trout (Oregon Wild, et al. v. U.S. Forest Service, et al., No. 15-895, D. Ore., Medford Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 79006).
