Mealey's (June 21, 2016, 12:35 PM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Insurers moved for rehearing on June 13 in the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, arguing that the appeals panel failed to consider the insurers’ arguments in favor of reversing an attorney fee award entered in favor of the insured in the environmental contamination coverage suit (Schnitzer Steel Industries Inc. et al. v. Continental Casualty Co., No. 15-35101, 9th Cir.).
