Federal Judge Denies Summary Judgment In Hotel Negligence Suit
Mealey's (June 20, 2016, 2:31 PM EDT) -- MOBILE, Ala. — A federal judge in Alabama on June 16 denied a motion for summary judgment brought by a hotel and its holding company, finding that it is not up to the court to make credibility determinations about evidence of a hazard in a negligence suit (Sandra A. Boniol v. PCH Hotels and Resorts Incorporated, et al., No. 15-0338-KD-N, S.D. Ala.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 78468).
