(June 20, 2016, 10:07 AM EDT) -- LOS ANGELES — A California federal judge on May 26 granted a bank's motion to dismiss a borrower's claims, finding no evidence to support her claims for violation of California's unfair competition law (UCL), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Consumer Credit Reporting Act (CCRA) (Nahid Noori v. Bank of America, No. 15-01467, C.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 76141).
