Mealey's (June 20, 2016, 9:39 AM EDT) -- BATON ROUGE, La. — Exxon Mobil Corp. on June 6 filed a brief in Louisiana federal court opposing a motion for a protective order with regard to a motion to extend the discovery deadline in a lawsuit for injuries from chemical exposure, contending that its discovery requests are not “excessive” and the plaintiffs have not shown good cause for the extension (Tonga Nolan v. Exxon Mobil Corporation, No. 13-439, M.D. La.).
