(June 20, 2016, 9:37 AM EDT) -- CONCORD, N.H. — A company sued by New Hampshire residents who allege that it contaminated their groundwater with perfluorooctanoic acid (also known as C8) on June 10 filed its answer in federal district court in which it denies all claims, asserts 81 affirmative defenses and calls for dismissal of the case (Gwenael Busnel v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation, No. 16-242, D. N.H.).
