(June 16, 2016, 9:55 AM EDT) -- MINNEAPOLIS — A Minnesota federal judge on June 3 denied a motion for the entry of judgment filed by a corporation accused of making unauthorized calls, finding that the company’s offer to the lead named plaintiff did not moot the class claims (Spencer Ung v. Universal Acceptance Corporation, No. 15-127, D. Minn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 72861).
