LOUIS — An automaker provides no support for its contention that another defendant’s action or inaction in the case indicates fraudulent joinder, a federal judge in Missouri held May 26 in remanding the case (Donna Lee Harrison and Jerry Harrison v. Volkswagen Group of America Inc., et al., No. 16-740, E.D. Mo.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 69072).
