(June 13, 2016, 1:09 PM EDT) -- CLEVELAND — A judge erred in looking outside the complaint to dismiss Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) claims in a man’s discrimination case, but the claims fail on other grounds, an Ohio appeals court held June 9 (Frank Orders v. State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, No. 15AP-907, Ohio App., 10th Dist.; 2016 Ohio App. LEXIS 2202).
