Judge OKs Peek Into Bowling Products’ Companies’ Contacts In North Carolina
Mealey's (June 14, 2016, 1:16 PM EDT) -- GREENSBORO, N.C. — A woman who claims that her husband died after asbestos exposure from a talc-based bowling product may conduct jurisdictional discovery into two companies’ contacts in North Carolina, a federal judge held June 2 (Vicki Young, et al. v. 3M Co., et al., No. 13-864, M.D. N.C.; 2016 U.S. Dist.
