Couple Seeks To Amend Its Fracking Royalty Payment Case Against Chesapeake

(June 10, 2016, 3:18 PM EDT) -- DALLAS — A couple who sued a hydraulic fracturing company and its affiliates for allegedly making improper deductions from royalty payments on June 9 moved in Texas federal court to amend their complaint to pursue a claim for relief from overcharging them for gathering and processing costs (Theresa Flanagan, et al. v. Chesapeake Exploration LLC, et al., No. 15-222, N.D. Texas).
