Mealey's (June 18, 2015, 3:57 PM EDT) -- PITTSBURGH — A farm, which is a limited partnership, on Nov. 5, 2014, voluntarily dismissed its complaint against a hydraulic fracturing company, which it had argued owed it compensation for use of its land for an impoundment (Dryer Farms LP, et al. v. Range Resources Appalachia, No. 14-01047, W.D. Pa.).
