California Federal Judge Finds Permanent Injunction Is Not Warranted

Mealey's (June 10, 2016, 10:04 AM EDT) -- SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal judge on May 13 partially granted a disability insurer’s motion to dismiss after determining that a permanent injunction against the insurer is not appropriate (Peter Englert v. The Prudential Insurance Company of America, No. 15-4814, N.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 63733).
