BR Franchise Owners Sue Baskin-Robbins Over ‘Commercial Factor Fees’

(June 9, 2016, 3:42 PM EDT) -- BOSTON — The Association of Independent BR Franchise Owners (AIBRFO) on May 26 sued Baskin-Robbins Franchising LLC (BR) in Massachusetts federal court, seeking a declaration that they have no contractual obligation to pay a “commercial factor fee” (Association of Independent BR Franchise Owners v. Baskin-Robbins Franchising LLC, No. 1:16cv10963, E.D. Mass., Eastern Div.).
