Ashley Madison Users File Consolidated Complaint Over Data Breach

(June 9, 2016, 2:04 PM EDT) -- ST. LOUIS — Six months after the class actions over the July 2015 data breach of the Ashley Madison adult dating website were combined in Missouri federal court, the named plaintiffs on June 3 filed a consolidated class complaint alleging racketeering, negligence and consumer fraud by the site’s operators (In re Ashley Madison Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, No. 4:15-cv-02669, E.D. Mo.).
