(June 9, 2016, 1:44 PM EDT) -- HARRISBURG, Pa. —A Pennsylvania federal judge on June 1 remanded a claim for disability benefits to the plan administrator to consider if the claimant’s use of prescription pain medication prevents her from performing the duties of her own occupation or any occupation (Paula J. Fultz v. RR Donnelly & Sons Company Long Term Disability Plan, No. 15-0319, E.D. Pa.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 71320).
