North Dakota Federal Judge Defers To Higher Courts On Clean Water Rule

(June 8, 2016, 11:03 AM EDT) -- FARGO, N.D. — A North Dakota federal judge on May 24 denied a motion to dismiss a Clean Water Rule challenge from 12 states and instead stayed the case pending new rulings from the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals or the U.S. Supreme Court (States of North Dakota, et al. v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-59, D. N.D.).
