Mealey's (June 8, 2016, 10:32 AM EDT) -- DENVER — A federal court properly dismissed a financial consultant’s suit seeking to enjoin an Indian tribe from litigating a breach of contract dispute in tribal court because the consultant has not exhausted its tribal court remedies, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals held June 6 (United Planners Financial Services of America, L.P. v. Sac and Fox Nation, et al., No. 15-6117, 10th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 10245).
