5th Circuit Schedules Oral Arguments In Environmental Contamination Coverage Suit

(June 7, 2016, 12:35 PM EDT) -- NEW ORLEANS — The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has tentatively scheduled oral arguments for Aug. 1 in a suit in which a refinery owner, seeking help with environmental cleanup costs, claims that a district court incorrectly ruled that the refinery was not covered under its parent company’s policy (AIG Specialty Insurance Company, f/k/a Chartis Specialty Insurance Company v. Tesoro Corporation, No. 15-50953, 5th Cir.).
