West Virginia High Court Remands Fatal Accident Product Liability Suit

(June 7, 2016, 10:19 AM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, W.Va. — The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals on May 18 remanded a product liability suit relating to a fatal rollover accident for proceedings at the trial court because there was not enough of a factual record for it to decide on the automaker’s motion seeking to prohibit the trial court from enforcing its orders denying dismissal (State of West Virginia Ex Rel.
