Mealey's (June 6, 2016, 2:30 PM EDT) -- PHILADELPHIA — A subsequent opinion undercuts plaintiffs’ request that a judge reconsider his bare-metal ruling, three asbestos defendants told a federal judge in Pennsylvania on June 2 (Leroy J.
