C8 Injury Plaintiffs: DuPont’s Case Selection Objections Are ‘Uncalled For’

Mealey's (June 6, 2016, 7:24 AM EDT) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio residents who have sued E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. alleging injuries from exposure to perfluorooctanoic acid (known as C8) on May 26 moved in Ohio federal court to strike the company’s preservation objections to the court’s trial selection procedures (In re E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Co. C8 Personal Injury Litigation, MDL No. 2433, No. 13-2433, S.D. Ohio).
