Mealey's (June 3, 2016, 10:59 AM EDT) -- RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A California federal judge on May 31 granted a dietary supplement maker's motion to dismiss claims for violation of California's unfair competition law (UCL) and Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), finding no evidence that it targeted California consumers (Robert Matus, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated v. Premium Nutraceuticals LLC, No. 15-01851, C.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 70878).
