Riverside Drops Suit Against State Water Board’s Emergency Drought Regulations

(June 2, 2016, 3:14 PM EDT) -- FRESNO, Calif. — The City of Riverside, Calif., on May 31 dismissed its state court lawsuit against the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) emergency drought regulations in light of the state agency allowing urban water districts to propose their own conservation standards (City of Riverside v. State Water Resources Control Board, No. 15CECG01769, Calif. Super., Fresno Co.).
