7th Circuit Affirms Ruling For Subway Franchisee In ADA Case

Mealey's (June 2, 2016, 2:05 PM EDT) -- CHICAGO — A panel of the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on June 1 affirmed judgment for Subway franchise owners in an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lawsuit brought by a former employee (Kamat M. Damani v. Simer SP Inc., et al., No. 15-1669, 7th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 9887).
