(May 31, 2016, 8:57 PM EDT) -- NEW HAVEN, Conn. — A Connecticut federal magistrate judge on May 19 granted in part and denied in part a plaintiffs’ motion to compel discovery of electronically stored information (ESI) in a franchise contract dispute over commissions (Family Wireless #1 LLC, et al. v. Automotive Technologies Inc., No. 3:15CV01310, D. Conn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 65885).
