Wisconsin Attorney General Says Agency Lacks Authority To Order Well Monitoring

(May 31, 2016, 12:54 PM EDT) -- MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin’s attorney general on May 10 told the state Legislature that the state’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is not authorized to impose conditions on high-capacity well permits.
